What’s the process?

Set Up
We’ll be sure that we have access to your website, run any immediate updates which are necessary, back up your site, and install a maintenance section on your site so you can keep track of the updates.

Regular Tasks
Your website will be backed up daily which will be stored for 90 days, and we will perform core and plugin updates as part of the regular maintenance to the site. We will also perform daily security scans, and perform a clean up, if necessary.

Sending In Your Edits
Whenever you need something completed on your site, fire over an email and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to let you know it has been completed. Above are the kind of edits that are covered by your plan.

Once you sign up, we’ll provide you with onboarding instructions and any edits that you require can be sent in via email, as often as you like. We just ask that you break them into small tasks.
Who completes the edits?
My team will work on the edits that you send through.
Is design work included
No, if you need any graphic design work doing, we will quote for that separately.
Do you provide phone support?
